Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro stems removed
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley stems removed
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/4 red onion roughly chopped
  • 1 jalapeño roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend on high until combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
