bananas
sliced and frozen*
▢

cup
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
or milk of choice
▢
1/2
tsp.
cinnamon + more for topping
▢
1/4
tsp.
nutmeg
▢
ice
if needed
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender (excluding ice).
Blend on high until combined. If the consistency is too watery add ice and blend until desired consistency is formed.
Pour and enjoy!
Notes
*I like to slice my bananas and freeze them in individual sandwich bags.
