Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the dressing ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until combined, adding water as needed to thin. Set aside.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and give the pasta a quick rinse.
  • Transfer the cooked pasta to a bowl with the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Toss until coated.
  • Oil the air fryer basket and transfer the pasta. Place in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, shaking halfway.
  • Transfer the pasta chips to a platter and top with cilantro. Serve with the vegan ranch.
