Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Combine the crackers, butter and seasonings in a large bowl. and toss to coat evenly. I like to use my hands.
Spread the crackers out on 2 large baking sheets in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from the oven and allow to come to room temperature. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container up to 5 days.
