These vegan Baked Seasoned Ritz Crackers are the perfect holiday snack! Crackers are loaded with vegan butter & seasonings, then baked until crispy!

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons vegan butter melted
  • 3 sleeves butter crackers like Ritz
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  • Combine the crackers, butter and seasonings in a large bowl. and toss to coat evenly. I like to use my hands.
  • Spread the crackers out on 2 large baking sheets in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from the oven and allow to come to room temperature. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container up to 5 days.
