Ingredients

FRENCH FRIES

VEGAN RANCH

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk or more to taste
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray. 
  • Prepare ranch by combining all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Cover and place in the fridge.
  • Scrub and clean potatoes. Cut into desired shape - I went with a thinner fry for this recipe. Place potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Toss to coat and spread evenly on baking sheet. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.*
  • Remove from oven, add seasoning salt and serve with ranch.

Notes

*If needed, cook for additional time to get the amount of crunch you are looking for.
