Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Prepare ranch by combining all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Cover and place in the fridge.
Scrub and clean potatoes. Cut into desired shape - I went with a thinner fry for this recipe. Place potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Toss to coat and spread evenly on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.*
Remove from oven, add seasoning salt and serve with ranch.

*If needed, cook for additional time to get the amount of crunch you are looking for.
