Add tahini, vinegar, lime juice, chipotles*, garlic salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until combined - adding water** until desired consistency is reached.
Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
*Start with less chipotles and add more as needed. Remember, the more water you add, the less spicy the sauce will be.
**Depending on what you are using this for you will want to add more or less water. If using as a dip or sandwich spread you will want to keep this on the thicker side. If you are using this as a dressing, you will want to thin it out more.
