Ingredients

Cream Cheese Avocado Toast

  • 2 slices bread toasted
  • 4 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 2 tbsp chives diced
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado sliced

Smashed White Bean Toast

  • 2 slices bread toasted
  • 1/2 cup white beans
  • 2 tbsp shallots
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 tbsp chives diced
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste

Mediterranean Toast

  • 2 slices bread toasted
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic diced
  • 3 basil leaves chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • pine nuts for topping

Instructions
 

Cream Cheese Avocado Toast

  • Combine cream cheese, green onion, chives, garlic salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Split cream cheese mixture between both slices of bread. Top each slice with avocado. Serve immediately. 

Smashed White Bean Toast

  • Combine beans, shallots, garlic, chives, hot sauce, salt & pepper in a bowl. Mash beans and stir to combine everything.
  • Split bean mixture between both slices of bread. Serve immediately. 

Mediterranean Toast

  • Combine hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt & pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Split hummus mixture between both slices of bread. Top with pine nuts and serve immediately.
