or homemade mac & cheese

hot sauce

breadcrumbs

flat-leaf parsley
chopped
FOR THE KIMCHI HOT DOG

vegan mayo
▢
sriracha
to taste

cup
vegan kimchi
roughly chopped

green onions

FOR THE SPICY RELISH AVOCADO HOT DOG

mustard

spicy relish

diced

Instructions
Grill hotdogs until heated through and grill marks appear.
FOR THE MAC & CHEESE HOT DOG
Prepare the mac and cheese according to the instructions.
To assemble: layer bun, hot dog, mac & cheese, hot sauce, a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and parsley on each hot dog.
FOR THE KIMCHI HOT DOG
Add the vegan mayo and sriracha to a bowl and stir to combine.
To assemble: layer bun, hot dog, sriracha mayo, kimchi and green onion on each hot dog.
FOR THE SPICY RELISH AVOCADO HOT DOG
To assemble: layer bun, hot dog, mustard, relish, avocado and cilantro on each hot dog.
