Vegan Hot Dogs 3 Ways - whether you like your hot dog with vegan mac & cheese, spicy relish & avocado, or sriracha mayo, there's a dog for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 package vegan hot dogs
  • 1 package hot dog buns

FOR THE MAC & CHEESE HOT DOG

  • 1 package vegan mac and cheese or homemade mac & cheese
  • hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley chopped

FOR THE KIMCHI HOT DOG

  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo
  • sriracha to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegan kimchi roughly chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped

FOR THE SPICY RELISH AVOCADO HOT DOG

  • mustard
  • 1/2 cup spicy relish
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Grill hotdogs until heated through and grill marks appear.

FOR THE MAC & CHEESE HOT DOG

  • Prepare the mac and cheese according to the instructions.
  • To assemble: layer bun, hot dog, mac & cheese, hot sauce, a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and parsley on each hot dog.

FOR THE KIMCHI HOT DOG

  • Add the vegan mayo and sriracha to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • To assemble: layer bun, hot dog, sriracha mayo, kimchi and green onion on each hot dog.

FOR THE SPICY RELISH AVOCADO HOT DOG

  • To assemble: layer bun, hot dog, mustard, relish, avocado and cilantro on each hot dog.
